The wave that launched an eye

This photo was in Longboard when I was a second year in med school along with a picture of Joel Tudor with the quote "slinging California vibe in the land of sophistication." Of course this was pre Malogua but now that I'm partial to small lefts and heavy mow, it seems even more appealing.

The beginning!

Early Rich Harbour holding it down in Seal Beach 1963. You can really see the crotchet brewing as well as his clear vision to create Logs. Little did he know that the Maloguas team rider would be a dedicated Banana afficianado.
